Unfortunately, gel coat is actually a pretty porous surface. The stains you are trying to remove are probably set into all of the pores which will make them very difficult to remove. You could do a google search on removing the eucalyptus tree sap and see if you can find any product recommendations that may work. I would be careful that you don't use anything too harsh that can damage the finish. Based on cleaners I have used/familiar with, you could try Marine 31 all purpose or citrus gel coat cleaner, but I doubt that will get you the results you are looking for.
I'm sure what ever you use will need a good polish/wax after. I know you could use a compound and polish the stains out, but that is basically just removing very thin layers of the gel coat that is stained.
