replacement convertor again, again & again

I have a 2005 Keystone Hornet Retreat for seven years. Out of that seven years I had to replace my 55 amp converter at least 4 times, and every time I replaced it with ITEMS
WFCO WF9855 WF-9855 55 Amp RV Trailer Deckmount Converter Charger Camper Trailer RV. When I got this last converter I put it in and it did not work. I contacted Cheng USA and they said to send it back. After I got it back cause Cheng said it was working in which it did. But only for a month. Now the weather is in the triple digit and I can't get my roof air to come on. Is there some way I can run on just a shoreline? BTW when I send the converter back to Cheng they said it not under warranty even though I had it less that 6 month. Without my battery not connected I have no 12v lights, No air. Please someone please help me.

The problem is the thermostat and relays to the AC need 12VDC. You are going to need battery power. Sorry. I would suggest looking at a different brand of converter.

I replaced my WFCO converter with the Progressive Dynamics 4655. It was an easy swap out for a much superior converter.
