Never seen these before. Thanks for posting.

When you say you used two magnets to secure the door, do you mean two pairs of magnets?

Can you post a picture showing the location they were installed?

It is a set of two magnet pairs. I circled them in the picture. They have a rubberized coating so no rust, They are low profile, and they are just the right amount of strong.

Dave,
I have 1 of these. I will send it to you if you want it. I bought a 2 pack before realizing that ours has a gas strut on the bottom of the door. Been in my storage space for a year. Pm me if you want it.

^^^This is what I did as well. Took gas strut off and now door opens 180 degrees.
Also on my outside kitchen door they had a 90's manual springer loaded latch that was a pain to do. Took it off, applied white silicone in the mounting holes and 3M'd a magnetic latch on both sides of the access door. Easy mod...

I bought these magnetic things for my door but the door don't open far enough for them to connect to each other. Had to send them back. they are only 2 1/2 inches between both of them. so be careful before you order them. j.s.

I actually have the opposite problem with my trailer...the hinges are so tight I don't think anything will close them!
