Have you tried Velcro strips?

I had a dinette which we have since thrown away. Not only did our cushions slide but since the camper is so old they were shot and uncomfortable. Have since removed the dinette and replaced with a table and two chairs from Ikea. When we had the dinette, I fastened some of that non stick stuff that comes in rolls you use in shelves and it worked OK. The seats were no more comfortable but they didn't slide as much.

That foam shelf and drawer liner material works ok, no adhesive to bother with.

You might try this. I've used it on some rugs so they won't slip and break our necks. Works pretty well

I tried the "woven" sponge shelf liner they sell for RV dinnerware cabinets. Useless.

I looked into the "sticky" material they offer for mounting phones or navs to your dashboard. Interesting, but doesn't come large enough to be effective.

Someone here recommended sewing velcro onto the "seatback" edge of the seat, then stapling the matching piece to the seatback. (Can't use glue where I live, it just liquifies in the summers.) I liked that idea best except that I'm afraid to ruin the vinyl casing trying to sew velcro to it, and/or when I need to pull it out to move the seat bottom. Been trying to think how maybe I could use some kind of a stronger backer inside the casing.

I used something like this and stapled it and it worked fine:

If it's a huge issue then I'd visit an upholstry shop. Have them add some short straps with a snap button or if possible directly in the cover with proper fabrick backing.. Screw in the snap male to alighn with the button and if placed properly will stop movement. This is commonplace in the boating industry.
