Power Control System

The panel below has been ignored by me for four years, never had any reason to pay any attention to it. I noticed that it has nothing lit up, not 50 amp nor anything else. The amperage lights shown here read nothing. It appears to be 8.8 but that is just background reflection.
Can anyone explain to me the purpose of this system and how would I know if it is operating correctly/incorrectly please.

Left side “service” tells you the voltage coming into the trailer.

Right side will tell you what is enabled when lit.

Amps is amp draw if I remember right.

Nothing lit when plugged into shore power or on Gen?

I'm guessing that you have to push select button to choose the input?

Correct, nothing is lit period, and when I push 'select' nothing happens.
The ATS Power Monitor reads both shore power legs active and 121 volts at each.
