Cougar 28RDB experience, opinions?

There is one for sale locally. We arranged a time to look it over and the owner couldn't bother to show up. Oh well, I did look around the outside and underneath and noticed 3 of the tires weren't wearing evenly (likely easily fixed) and the belly board had what looked like signs of a grey water tank leak (hopefully not black :s). I do like the layout as it's similar to other lighter bunk house models we're looking at and would like to keep this model in mind while we shop. Are there any obvious issues to keep in mind when it comes to Keystone/Cougar? Does anyone have this particular model to provide some input? I am well-versed in trailer maintenance and know the obvious wear and tear and maintenance items that can occur.
