Furniture replacement

Okay we are thinking of replacing the theater recliners and the sofa sleeper in our 2020 29rks 5th wheel. When purchased we couldn’t get the color furniture we want. Where does everyone buy their furniture from. I thought about buying regular home furniture but my doorway is only 24 inches. Space for the theater seating is 64 and sleeper is 62 long.
We want to go with the same theater seating only in power recliners. Looking brown leather or leather type.

If one or the other is in the slide be sure and measure to the wall because you have to be careful with the edge of the slide floor...

IMO RV furniture is overpriced and over rated inferior products. Look for standard home furnishings paying attention to if the backs are removable or not. To add power recliners check the sleepout for a 120vac receptacle. f none exists I'd check out what it will take to add one before ordering.

Yep have power for the recliners. Just need to find furniture that will fit through the 24 inch door

We just purchased a sofa from Glastop.

http://www.glastop.com/marine-furnit...SAAEgLkk_D_BwE

We were close enough to visit their showroom in Florida and were impressed with the comfort and quality of their furniture. The website tells you the door width the furniture will fit through. We looked at a number of home furniture store but could only find recliners with removable backs. And I didn’t want to buy something aight unseen so it worked out for us.

Power Recliner - Nebraska Furniture Market

We were not impressed with the RV loveseat recliners. I am 6 ft tall and the RV loveseat was just too short for me.

We looked at Room Store, LazyBoy, and a couple of other stores and did not find what we felt comfortable with. Then we stopped into Nebraska Furniture Store and what a selection. We were looking for a wall hugger recliner and not a rocker. We continued our search of their selection and found a leather-powered recliner. We found a candidate and left the store to consider the purchase. The next day we returned to the store and I sat in that recliner for about 30 mins to make sure it was comfortable. The recliner back comes apart and it was easy to get into the RV (fifth-wheel).

The recliner is a little bigger than the original RV unit. We pull them out when we set up and push them back up against the wall when packing up. I hope this helps. We are happy with our recliners and we are fulltiming in our RV.
