That's technically called a wagon with the front steering axle.
A perfect example of where the max tow rating of these trucks come into play, there's basically no weight on the truck, just heavy towing. No payload concern, no axle weight concerns, just max tow weight, same as advertising the Tundra (the Tacoma could done it also) towing the space shuttle.

Exactly, that SRW is only PULLING that trailer, not carrying it. I would love to know the truck to trailer braking setup. Trailer likely has air brakes, the truck hydraulic and electric to trailer.
