15 Outback Terrain 263trl water damage

I have a new-to-me 2015 Outback Terrain 263trl. The floor is really soft in bathroom due to the cold water shower supply being completely disconnected. We hooked it back up and checked all water connections on the trailer. I want to cut loose the laminate to lift it and either replace the wood or use an epoxy system to make it more firm. Has anyone ever removed then replaced part of the flooring? Not sure what else to do to fix it. Coming in the the bottom seems harder. Any ideas?
