Question about parts

Can anyone tell me what these are? I bought a 2013 Raptor and they were in one of the cabinets , not sure what they are used for??

Tie downs? For a chair or recliner? We had what looked just like that in our last trailer to strap down the recliners when we traveled.

I agree, they look like TV straps, or at least the same ones that my brother had before.

Our Carbon had them installed on the top bed of the garage. They were used to strap one of the tables down to keep it from sliding around.

We have three in our fifth wheel. One for each of the recliners and one under the dinette to secure the chairs in place under the table.
