Sprindale Door

We purchased a new 2018 Springdale 2980 last month and the only thing we never noticed was the entrance door doesnt swing open a full 180 degrees..it stops at 90 degrees..we are afraid of wind catching the door

That hasn't been a problem for us, but then we have not been camping when/where it was windy. I think if it was windy we would probably shut the door, and just use the windows for fresh air or use the AC.

The wind will shut the door when it is strong enough. I have not seen any evidence of the wind causing any problems in the opposite direction.

Welcome to the forums from a fellow Rochesterian.

I kinda don't like that my door only opens to 90 degrees. I tried removing the bottom strut so it would open all the way but there is nothing to keep it open and I've since replaced the strut.
That being said with 3 seasons and thousands of miles including Kansas and other mid West winds it has not been a problem.
Welcome from Henrietta NY.
