Cougar remote?

Does anyone know if the remote is supposed to operate the 4 point ground control leveling system on the 2015 Cougars? The remote provided with my 326SRX seems to only operate the 2 slides, awning, and 1LED cap light. If not, can it be upgraded?

That's "page" 1 on my 2015 cougar remote, stabilizers are on page 2. Touch "next" for more options.

Mine doesn't appear to have more than 1 page, or a next button. I guess I'll have to give the dealer a call, I seem to remember him having a remote when he showed me the leveling system during the walk through. We did the walk through a couple of weeks before I took delivery, so maybe I'm mistaken.

Our 2014 Cougar remote is just like Grbill's. I hope they didn't decide to remove that function. I would have to wonder if they started having problems with them.

Look in the top right hand corner of the display screen and see if there isn't a small button on the screen.. that is the next button.. it's actually in the screen...

Sounds like Javi and the rest have probably guided you to the answer but if your manual does not address the problem and you still have problems go the the manufacturer website (I'm thinking Lippert) and you should find the instructions for your particular remote (when I had issues of mine they had pictures of each of the remotes so you could pick the right one). If it's not Lippert I would imagine whoever the manufacturer is would have info on their website.

Mine has no 'next' button, this is the only page. Maybe it wasn't programmed correctly.

If you can locate the control unit, you can easily identify how many circuits (functions) your unit has that can be operated by the remote.

Most common place is the front storage compartment.

I spoke with my salesman this morning, he thinks something is amiss as well. They are going to look at it later this week when I stop by with it on my way to New Hampshire.

My 301sab remote has the buttons but it doesn't operate the leveling system, does it need to be turned on at the main control head before using the remote?

My 2015 28sgs has the remote and the leveler buttons are on it . You may have to get it reprogrammed by the dealer . You can download the instructions to do it yourself .If I remember right there is a list of options for it but not all of them work , I think it was something to do with relays that may or may not be installed ,

Thanks, I've looked at the reprogramming instructions, but haven't done anything pending the dealer visit on Friday. Ive also looked at the wiring in the relay, but its not clear to me if everything required is already in place. Is yours in a spot where you could take a pic?

Well, after the dealer spent couple of hours trying to reprogram the remote and the control board, while in a conference call with Keystone and Lippert, they all determined that the remote was never programmed correctly, and that the control board is faulty. A replacement is on order, they'll replace it in a few weeks.
