Hitch measurements

I setup the new drop shank and took all of the measurements. Just wondering what folks thin? I did the trailer loaded for camping and set it level. Measured the top of the coupler from the ground. Set my hitch 1 1/2 inches above that from the ground as well. Hooked up my WD bars on the 5th link as suggested by reese. Once hooked up, I measured from the ground to the frame of the trailer in both the front and rear as well. You can see my measurements and setup in the pics. The only thing I think I want to change is the angle of the trunion head. I may be able to get the trailer a little more level by doing that when hooked up. You will see the front of the camper is 1/2 inch lower in the front.

Side note. If anyone can tell me where to find the manufacturers specs for ride height (when towing), I would appreciate it. I can't locate it in the owners manual.

I did test tow it this morning and everything was fine. Just checking to see if there is something I forgot.

Thanks.

I have never seen a stated ride height for a trailer, and they would all be different based on the TV and hitch setup (as well as how level the ground is where you measure...)
Your setup looks ideal; the hitch head angle will have VERY little affect on the height of the nose of the trailer, but will affect how many link under tension you use at your give height. Unless you have less than 5 chain links under tension, your WD bars are not near to parallel to the frame or are binding, it appears you could leave well enough alone and enjoy towing. I f you find you need more control you can adjust the head angle to give more tension.
Have you taken it across a set of scales to see the numbers, to see how much load you're transferring up front/off the back axle of the truck?

I haven't taken it to the scales yet. I just set the hitch up yesterday morning. I plan to this week though.
