in all likelyhood all the lights run off 12V. the outlets are 120V. If you have been unhooked from shore power for more than a week or so and you didn't either disconnect the battery or use a battery disconnect switch to disconnect the battery, good chance the battery is completely discharged from radio/CO detector/LP detector draw from the battery.

First thing is it charge the battery and make sure the breaker to the converter panel is turned. Then check all the 12V fuses and check the battery voltage. If you have a panel for fresh water/grey water/black water/ levels, push the "battery" button and see if anything lights up. If not, dead battery. Battery indicator should show all the red lights on if it is charged.

The batteries are not hooked up as the trailer did not come with any. We have just had it plugin the whole time. I will have my husband check everything again.

Unless this trailer is going to be at a permanent site, I would encourage you to get a battery before you tow it anywhere. The breakaway switch, which engages the trailer's brakes should your trailer ever break away from your tow vehicle, won't operate without a battery.

It's possible, since there is no battery, that the positive cable broke loose and came into contact with the frame and blew a fuse or breaker. IIRC, it's been fairly standard to put master 12V breaker on the positive line near the battery and that's what may be tripped.

As twstedpear stated, it's likely a problem with the 12V system, which starts with the converter. It converts 120V AC to 12V DC. Some converters have fuses on them, so check those, too.
