Winegard Trav'ler Satallite

I am thinking of adding the Wingard Trav'ler satellite system to my Alpine 3500re. Has anyone installed one of these systems to their rv? My entertainment center is in the rear and am wondering how to run the wiring to hook eveyrthing up?

We had one installed in January by CW in Las Vegas. They mounted the dish almost in the center, (front to rear), and because the antenna cabling runs into the bedroom closet at the right front of the trailer, they surface mounted the antenna and control cables on top of the roof from the dish to above that closet. They installed the dish box and also the winegard box in that closet. Not sure what they did to get to the TV in the living room, as we had a separate dish box installed on that TV also. I think it was only a bit more than $300 to install, and they did an excellent job. Took most of the day. The antenna has worked perfect, although occasionally getting the TV's programmed can be interesting, don't have grand kids with us.

I had the sat dish installed last summer by Paul Evert's RV. They ran all the power wiring down into the front bedroom cupboard where the on air antenna was. I had them rout the sat cables to the area where the carryout dish hook-up is. I hooked the existing sat cables to the out on a AB Switch and the sat cables to the A in side, the B in side can be used for my carryout if I happen to be under trees and can't get a clear view of the sky. Just push the A or B button for whichever side you need. Works great.
