slide out of alignment?

One of the living room slides does not seem to close all the way. From the outside the lower right corner is out a bit further than the other 3. It is probably about a 1/2 inch further and it has leaked once during a nasty downpour. I have not seen it leak when opened. It is a Schwintek slide. I have tried the reset were you bring it in about 8 inches stop and run it back out 5 times but that did not seem to make any difference. I do not see any type of obstructions or any other signs of odd wear. My thought was to remove both motors and move the slide all the way in or out and then remount the motors. Any ideas?
Thanks
