Thinking Montana HC 331RL
Howdy from the North Georgia mountains. We are very seriously considering coming to the dark side after 12 years in a Popup and Hybrid. Looking at (leaning precariously toward a Montana High Country 331RL.
Glad to be here.

to the forum. I’m fairly new here but have learned a lot just browsing. If you already own your TV be sure it is enough for each RV you are considering. If you are purchasing your TV after the RV then your top priority becomes the floor plan that fits your lifestyle best. Enjoy shopping, picking out your rig, and the years of enjoyment that will follow.

One other quick note. Didn’t check full specs on RV but be sure you get dual AC in a 5er of that size.

I like those flags!
I think the newer HC is a better trailer than the early models, or at least different. I think they all have 8 lug hubs which would make upgrading wheels and tires easier. They may still have a composite floor, not sure. Check the web or literature.
The HC is sold as a light trailer and I believe there are some compromises to durability doing that. As long as you are aware, it's all good.
If I had it to do all over again, I would look at a lightly used Alpine or Montana for about the same money.
You may be pushing the payload and GVWR of the F250.

We bought a 2018 330RL and love it. We looked at the 331RL but did not want the residential fridge.........they were both about the same features.

I looked at the Keystone website at the new High Country's. They have changed a lot. So much so that we want to look at a 331 in person.

That 331 is a very nice unit.
There are a few minor, IMO, shortcomings but dollar for dollar may just be a better choice then a full fledged Montana for most folks.
If you are looking at the spec sheet, they are not nearly as light as they would have you believe. Do your homework for a tow vehicle - the pin weight really is over 2000 pounds which means a 1 ton for leaagality's sake
