1st time TT owner!

We picked up our 2010 Keystone Passport 290BH last week and can't wait to use it. We had a tiny popup for a year and loved camping without a tent but the lack of storage and the setup/tear down was awful. So we traded in our smaller SUV and ended up with a used Armada Platinum and so far it's towing beautifully. Just booked our Memorial Day weekend trip, lots of supplies to gather between now and then but so far so good!

Welcome to the forum and congrats on your new camper!! Yes, the upgrade from a pop up will be most welcome, and yes, now that you have all that "new" space, there will be lots of "goodies" to get to outfit it. Get the essentials then just note what you needed, make a list then go get them.....or, as you need them go to a nearby WallyWorld and get them!!

aboard from Eastern, PA.

We went the pop-up to hybrid and now full TT route. Though there are times when I do miss the pop-up.

Thanks all! So excited to get camping, hoping to gather all the must haves in the next couple weeks then we can prioritize the wish list of extras. So much great info on these forums.

We went from tents to toppers/slide ins, popups and then TT with no slides. Now we have a 38' TT. I do miss the sounds, smells and other stuff from a tent or pop up. I don't miss the stuff required with the popup set up, leaks, etc. I do miss the feeling of being "closer" to the outdoor sounds/nature. On the other hand I love AC, heat, no frozen water etc. I guess it all depends on what we want individually.
