Hello from Sparks, NV

I'm new to trailering. Just bought a used Cougar 24RKS last fall and have been using it around Nevada and the California Sierras. My wife of 30 years and I are really enjoying the trailer experience. Avid hikers and tent campers; we decided to get off the ground since we're moving into our mid 60s. I'm an AT&T "Engineer" in name but wear several hats working on battery systems, AC to DC rectifiers, and other electrical components in the communications field. Hobbies includes Barbershop Chorus singing, British and American car repair, auto body and paint. I accomplish all my own repairs on just about everything. I'm looking forward to participating in discussions and learning more about the trailer. My wife an I are anxious to travel along with our German Mittel Spitz named Wylie. He's a small dog just larger than a Pomeranian. No kids so we spoil the dog. Thanks.

Welcome from BC With your AC/DC experience that you have you'll be-able to help out with some of the problems that people have here. I really like the breed of your dog, I bring my little one with me everywhere as she enjoys travelling and camping. Enjoy your travels.

Welcome. We're just down the road from you (sort of). I see you're familiar with Lucas, the Prince of Darkness. I had some exposure to him in the 50's and 60's.

Spring is here! Enjoy getting off the ground. NV is great for the boondocking experience, but don't tell anyone.
