in command lighting issue

I have a 2023 cougar 1/2 ton 24RDS, having issues with the lights that are controlled by the in command touchscreen. The lights will suddenly go off and when you use the touchscreen to turn them back on they will sometimes go off immediately, or stay on. Called tech support they were helpful, the problem was the lights never went off while i was on the phone with them. (stumped)

Sounds like it could be a relay issue. I would get some spare relays and change the one for the lights out.

On our 2022 24RDS there is a rocker switch on the wall going up the stairs.
I assume your '23 also has that rocker switch?

Point being, that rocker switch will also turn the lights on or off independently of In-Command.
It might be possible you have a lose wire behind that switch that is causing the intermittent issue.
