1.5 year old TT, is this loose wallpaper worrying? Bad glue or a leak?

Hi, we noticed this morning the wallpaper on the roof and wall of our slide was hanging down in a few spots. (Looks like a fold) There's no water. When we press on it, it feels like the glue let go.

Now that I mention "glue letting go", the same can actually be said of the interior panel at the front that curves up the face of the trailer, the trim running every few feet across the ceiling, and trim on our drawers.

Anyways back to the issue with the slide, seen in the photos. We purchased a 7 year warranty. Is this something serious enough to take it in for a checkup? It's a few hours drive.

Could it be a leak? Or do you think it's just a glue issue, simular to ky other cosmetic issues?

Thanks.

Do you live in a hot environment? In az I chase dried up glue all the time. During the summer I always keep a 5 gallon bucket of water in the shower when the trailer is not being used.

Hi. I'm in eastern Canada just next to Maine. It's been equivalent to 65-70f last few days. Most of the summer was in the 77-86f range. Definitely not AZ-hot.
