Best Camper mattress and Best Method to Winterize?

We Own a 2017_Keystone_Bullet 26RBPR.
Looking for a suggestion on a new mattress, and also any tips, or Good Video links on best way to winterize Camper, including keeping the critters out.
Concerned about small amounts of water trapped in valves and freezing. Compressed air?
PS.
Recently found out how painful the fold out couch/bed is. A true torture device.
I added a sheet of 3/8" thick cabinet grade plywood under the center cushion and then double memory foam toppers. Seem to cure the cross bar from digging into your back.

In our case we got a Bear Mattress and have been very happy with it. I chocked on their retail and signed up for their mailing list and eventually got it for I think 30% off free shipping.


We had traded in our Bullet for another larger BH model and although the mattresses were "the same" they certainly were not and I couldn't live with the mattress any longer.
