"solar ready" but where does that go to?

Just purchased 2024 Springdale 261BH that has "solar ready" on the roof (i.e. MC4 connectors). Inside my storage area is a box on the wall that says "Future Charge Controller Location/Invertor Prep" <see pic>. The wires that are coming out of there dont match the MC4 solar wires from the roof. Where in the world do those wires from the Solar Ready on the roof go to?
I have purchased 5 100W Renogy solar panels, 40A Rover charge controller, 2 LiFePo4 batteries already installed, and a 2000W Renogy invertor. I have already put them all together off the trailer and they work great. I want to now install them onto my trailer which will be easy IF I CAN FIND WHERE SOLAR READY WIRES GO.
Please help!!

The yellow wire loop appears to be Romex. This will feed the outlets inside outlets usually marked for inverter power. They will be wired through the inverter when you install it. The two green wires probably come from the roof connector. The wire with the black tracer should be the positive side. These would feed the controller. You could ohm these out to be sure. You'll then wire the controller to the batteries. Batteries to the inverter.

Just a best guess based the picture.

I’m thinking the two smaller stranded wires are to the battery FROM the solar controller. Remove the black cover and look for the wires coming from the roof.

I pulled the box on the roof with the MC4 connectors in it and they are thicker red and thicker black. The wires coming out in the storage are green and green/black. I just dont get why this isnt simpler.

LOL. Simple? That's just the tip of the iceberg. If it were simple everyone could do it.

Welcome to the forum!!

LOL love it.

You might try to fish around in that hole for more wires, i.e., the red and black. Or try calling Keystone directly?

Believe me, I wasn't being an a**. It is that I can relate to what you are experiencing. I am very mechanical and electrical. I'm above average technically but I hate fooling with TV stuff and cell phone stuff. That's what I have a daughter for. I can't imagine anyone owning one of these rolling contraptions and not having the skills to fix things on it. Heck I'm already light years ahead of those clowns at the dealership I bought this thing from. Give me a year dragging this thing around for work and living on it with my wife and 3 dogs and I will be as good at working on it as the next guy.
I thought owning one of these was going to be spent lounging around with one of those umbrella drinks and a book.

I think Chuck is right. Because the two green wires are "capped", they are likely connected to the battery and would go to the controller. Check these for voltage to confirm.
The wires from the roof might well be inside the wall not having been fished out. I assume you've already checked around the battery and wiring area for the missing wires.

There should be more wires there. I would carefully enlarge that hole (you have a large cover, so it can be covered after) and fish them out. This is a picture of the wires going into my charge controller.

You will notice that the wire locations on the controller do not align with your theory. From the factory, the green wires are from the panel and the red and black wires are from the battery
