Gettysburg Camping

Question for the collective;
Going to Gettysburg Battlefield KOA in late September.
Any tips on what to go see and what is worth seeing and what is not?
Looking forward to a fire on those cool nights after being out all day.
So what say you all?

I grew up in that area and have lived there up until my retirement. Plenty to see in Gettysburg regarding the battlefields and immediate area. Guided or self guided tours. But within 60 minutes you also have Hershey, home if Hershey Chocolate. You also have the Amish Villages outside of Lancaster. Much to see and do.

If they are offering them, and you are in reasonably good health, consider touring the battlefield by bicycle! Super fun, and you really get a feel for the elevations that they fought over.
