A power converter is pretty much a standard feature on any self contained RV. Like you, I looked at the literature for the Cougar Half Ton series and didn't see any mention of the power converter. On most Keystone RV sites, they advertise a 50 Amp or a 55 Amp converter as a sales feature. For some reason, Keystone left that line entry off the sales brochure. In several of the pictures of different models, they all have a converter/breaker panel listed.
You can pretty much count on the model you're looking at to have a 50 Amp converter/charger installed as standard equipment.
