Another tire pressure question

I saw the other thread about tire pressures and now have these questions. The label on my RV for tire pressure states "50 psi" but when I go to the tire the recommendation on the tire is "maximum pressure 50 psi". Do I run a few pounds lower so that when heat builds up in the tire it increases more toward the max 50 psi or do I put in 50 psi as recommended on the label and not worry about the pressure build up from heat while towing?

No. The sidewall max of 50 psi takes into account the increase from heat buildup.

Run 50 psi. Only measure when cold.

All pressure recommendations, label or tire sidewall, are cold pressure.

The best time to adjust tire pressure is early morning before the sun starts to warm the tires. You will be amazed how much pressures will change just from a few minutes of sun.

If you really want to see the effects. Set your tire pressure early morning before the sun comes up, then mid morning check the pressure again. The tires facing the sun will now read a couple lbs higher. I'm a bit anal when it comes to my tires, but I like all of them to have the exact same amount of air. Yes they will change a bit from one side to the other as I travel depending on location of the sun, but at least I know they all started with the pressure they need.
