Thermostat and Keys

I have a new 2013 Alpine with the whisper air and 13,500 in Bedroom trying to get the heat pump to come but it does not show up on T stat goes to furn. It's 50 degrees out so it should come on i would think. I have the white rectangular stat. tried doing system reset on t stat by pushingmode and zone buttons at same time its supose to show IniT but it doesn't will be calling dealer tom. but what am i doing wrong.

I don't know where to get keys, just wanted to say HI, congrats on the new rig. We have the same rig as you, and are very happy with ours.

Thanks just waiting to get out on 1st trip do you have any suggestions i need to look out for on this alpine.

Thanks for the info found the FIC key. Does the the door key come from Lippert?
