As stated, how are you resting the battery? If you are taking a voltage reading with the unit plugged in (either shore power or your truck) then you are reading the voltage being provided to the battery from either the converter or the truck alternator. Remove the battery cables and check the battery voltage. Are any other 12vdc appliances working like the radio, lights, vent fans?
What fuses did you check? The slideout should be on a 12vdc dupply coming from the battery that's connected to a 12vdc circuit breaker. They zre typically located on the frame close to the battery on travel trailers or in the front storage compartment on fifth wheels. Follow the positive wire from the battery and you should find a "leggo looking" box with wires connected to 2 studs. They can corrode and are inexpendive to replace.
