I guess you're talking about vinyl flooring? In a RV that is not glued to the floor as in a stick built home. You could take the vent cover off and look. I would phone the dealers service dept. and ask what they say to do before you try glueing, screwing, nailing, stampleing the vinyl down. If it is easy to take it back for repair, make a list of all you want looked at while its there.
