Heavy rains

We had very heavy rain Tuesday night. I went out to load up some things for this weekend. I extended the slide about a foot so I could walk around easier.
As it was extending I got a small river of water come from one corner

Where I store the trailer one side is higher than the other. As of now the slide side is on the uphill so to speak.

Is this an issue I should be concerned with? Should I turn it around so the doors are on the high side? Or go all in and get it level?

If it's still in warranty I'd talk to the dealer about it and have it documented. I'd suggest if possible (I read it's in storage now) that you have someone run water all around the outside while you check inside. Leaks can and often do appear away from the source. Left unattended leaks can destroy the camper. Other than fire, water is the major enemy of any building whether it has wheels under it or not. It could be something as simple as a foreign object caught under the slide seal to a roof leak where the water ran down the wall. Don't ignore it.
