Better tire options?.??

Ok, I realize this is not a cheap idea BUT can I just upsize from 14's to 15's to have a better tire on the ground? I'm pulling a TT 272BHS.

A little more info:
If you go to a larger tire, typically the tire is taller (assuming the same series). Two considerations:
1) Tire to deck clearance
2) Tire to tire clearance (duals)
