Toylok Security System??

Has anyone tried moving the Toylok? The bracket for it is welded to the frame but it has some type of hardware holding the lok to the bracket. The hardware looks to be some type of tamper free nut. At our permanent site it would be more useful closer to the tong.

I moved mine to the front so I could lock up bikes under the fifth wheel. Has to be unbolted and a new bracket made to fit on the front frame.
