Rolling Pictures.

Hope this is where this will go..
We are thinking about doing a " This is your Life " kinda thing, for a birthday at a campout next month where there will be around 100 folks.. What we need to know is how to show rolling pictures on a white sheet, or something white. I have heard of people having movie nights at camp grounds, but have no idea what they are using to show the movies.. We want to try this out.. thanks in advance for anyone that has any advice.... thanks

You'll need a sheet, a video projector (beg, borrow, steal or rent), a strong stand (a good ladder works), a laptop, connecting cable (usually VGA) and some software to author/show a slideshow (on a Mac-iPhoto, Keynote and/or Quicktime, on a PC-Powerpoint etc). Oh, a dark place on a dark night works best. Build your slideshow with the software/platform of choice. String up the sheet. Put the projector on the ladder. Adjust the display. Play your slide show. Pop the popcorn. Enjoy.
