Canadians, beware! From the Globe and Mail

I was perusing Reddit today, always good for a few laughs, when I happened on this thought for the day from Canada's favorite rag to line their birdcages, the Toronto Globe and Mail:
https://www.theglobeandmail.com/cana...adian-streets/
Without knowing anything about this Marcus Gee, I'm guessing he lives in a condo, downtown Toronto, cycles to work one day per week, and 'works' from home the remainder of the time. Traveling is probably done in a Prius.
Yes, I am ignoring, I believe from Matthew, "Judge not lest ye be judged."

I figure you're right about this Marcus Gee "fellow". I think I may have passed him the other day on a narrow, twisty mountain highway as he was happily, peddling along on his bicycle blocking the lane in his neon green speedos. Unknowingly I must have given him a lung full of exhaust as I gassed it past him narrowly missing his little sticky out mirror thing.....

I'm thinking he's got some size envy issues an I'm not talking about the vehicle.

"Murica" doesn't own the rights to self important, condescending, scum bag media types.
I would rather commute daily on Hwy 69 out of Port Huron than drive for an hour in the Greater Toronto Area. GTA BMW, Volvo, Mini, and Mazda drivers looooooove to cup people off and weave in and out of traffic and then break check.
On the way home from seeing the kids today, I was cut off min a Mini Countryman twice.
When I cut her off and sat at the light she left her car and asked if I had a problem, I laughed at her, when she asked what was funny about cutting her off as she had kids in the car I laughed harder, Then sniffed and rubbed my eye. I left the light and she then tailgated me as she held her phone to her ear in an attempt to? Call the police? Hubby?
Take down my plate number?
The sooner I can get out of here the better. Not sure if New Brunswick is any better, but it can't be worse.
P.S. And you think I care about saving the planet for her and her family?

G&M wants to charge me $1.99 to read this, so no. If I want to raise my blood pressure, I'll just have a third cup of coffee.

Dan, "self important, condescending, scum bag media types" got a LOL from both DW and me.
It just struck me funny that we all came from 1960's and 70's Buicks, Cadillacs, Ford LTD's, Chevy Caprice and.....LHM, Chryslers big as a house.
Tell me, do Schwinn's come in four wheel drive and snow tires?

On edit: If anybody needs to see the article (I darned sure wouldn't pay a nickel) just PM me and I'll send the same thing as I did to CD.

No. But we weren't allowed to take "mental heath days" when it snowed, either.
