Very nice! Very neat! Very organized! I will not be showing these photos of your mods to my wife. I have seen a small sign posted in a teenager's room which says..."A clean room is the sign of a sick mind." Some people, including myself, like the looks and feel of clutter. I am considering deleting this post before she sees it! Great job and food for thought.

Question Basement ceiling

We are looking at a Cooper Canyon and I noticed the ceiling of the basement has no type of insulation. Is there any insulation between that wood and the floor of the bedroom??

crawlspace

Your basement looks great........ well organized. Our Pod just has a crawlspace. One day maybe we will have a basement. And then my husband will have a bit of "play" room for his STUFF he must travel with

No insulation but I have a remote digital thermometor in the Basement because I store stuff in there I dont want to freeze. and it seams to stay around 45* to 50* even when its 20* outside.

I like it! That's what I plan to do when we get our Cougar in a few months. Your comments sound like my dh!

I know I'm going WAY back here, but what did you use as the "shelf" or whatever you wanna call it. Looks almost like a cot or something.
