O4z71,
At this point there's probably not much anybody could say to change your opinion of Keystone's entry level Springdale line of travel trailers. You're mindset seems to be that Forest River produces a better entry level RV, and you may find that to be the case with your new RV.
Before you commit to the potential to lose a significant amount of money trading your Springdale in on a Forest River product, you might want to take a look at some of the Forest River forums. You'll find just as many unhappy customers there as here. I also call your attention to the following link. It's an independent website not affiliated with any RV manufacturer. They list the customer approval ratings of all the current and many past manufacturers.
To note, Forest River's satisfaction rating from 199 customers is 53.2 and customer support from the factory and the dealer network is rated at 3 stars.
Keystone two different listings one with 171 responses and one with 236 responses. The ratings are 59.5 and 59.6, 6.5 points better than Forest River. The customer support from the factory and the dealer network are rated 3.5 stars in both categories on both listings.
Overall, it would appear that Keystone produces a better product according to this independent website.

Of course, your experience may be different. Whatever you choose to do, good luck and best wishes.
