Cargo door

Last year while traveling my tail gate opened and damaged my front cargo door. Checked around new cargo door and install over 500.00. Found a local place that sold sheet aluminum. Had to buy a full sheet 100.00, two screws to remove the cargo door and about 2 hours with water breaks cause of the heat. This is what it looks like. I like it better then the regular door when new.

Very nice. Did you thicken the aluminum by attaching luan panel, or was it needed?

Didn’t use anything. I attached it to the old cargo door

Works great. Attached it to the old cargo door to cover the damage and it looks like it was made that way
