I can only guess what this people (???) were looking next to the hospital ER entrance. Probably, waiting to pick up some body... and go to the Heavenly Campground or Memorial RV Park? I can state, however, that the rig setup and weight distribution are really outstanding.

We passed this rig in West Virginia on a trip to Myrtle Beach a couple of years ago. I suppose you could call it a "compact model" or possibly a "pop up model" of the OP's discovery... Either way, it's undeniable that even "spirits enjoy camping"... LOL
