Help me before I beat my neighbor!
I'm at a KOA, and the class A across from us is making a very high pitched beeping noise from the rear. It's two beeps every 10 seconds or so. The problem is the campground managers nor RV owner can hear it. I think it's imperceptible to people over about 60.
Anyone know what it can be so I can point it out?

Ear plugs or a baseball bat! Lol
Strange that no one else can hear it though?

Perhaps a detector - smoke, propane, CO2 - with a low battery?

It could be the CO detector or fire alarm signalling that it has reached end of life.

It's outside in the rear, near the engine. Much higher pitch than a CO2 detector..

I'm well over 60 and I hear things that are not there all the time.
Seriously, Other than what has already been mentioned, all I can think of is some kind if air or hydraulic leak from levelers or suspension. Any sort of warning alarm would not be much good if no one could hear it.

Hey I just thought of something that may help.
On my last trailer I had a backup cam and if the signal would get weak or lost it would send out a high pitched squeal every so often that would drive the dogs nuts! I could hear it from road but not up close. I finally figured it out when I saw the display in the truck was fuzzy so I turned it off and that was the end of the dogs going nuts!

Call the fire dept about 4 am and tell them you think it's a fire alarm.
