I just installed the Wineguard RV Wingman to our batwing style roof antenna. The results were impressive. Before, I only received two stations, and now eleven stations are available. Not including climbing on the roof, it took about 90 seconds to install.
The other product I really like is the Towtector mud flap. I haven't heard much about mud flaps on this forum, but I have to tell you there isn't a mark on my trailer or tailgate after towing the 5er ~1500 miles. I consider a good mud flap to be essential to protecting the front of the trailer and the tailgate from rocks bouncing forward to the tailgate.
The Towtector was purchased from
www.mudflaps.com who had it drop-shipped from the manufacturer. Unfortunately, the mounting bracket wasn't compatible with mud flap bracket. It was just a few days away from a trip to retrieve the SRX from out of state, so this was a problem. I didn't want to tow without the Towtector. Mudflaps.com came to the rescue contacting Towtector and I followed through with the details of the problem. Towtector immediately overnighted the correct parts at no charge allowing us to depart on schedule.
The Towtector, hitch-mounted, brush-type mud flap system works as advertised, and Mudflaps.com and Towtector have demonstrated themselves to be reliable, customer-oriented vendors. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from either of them again.
