Makes me feel better!

My Laredo is on order & ever since I paid the deposit & signed the contract all I'm hearing is horror stories about Keystone products & service. FINALLY some good reports here! Thanks, Joe

Like I always say, "I've never seen a empty Mercedes Benz repair shop". We love our new Keystone Cougar.

I have been a member of and haunted many RV forums over the last 10 years. Every make, model, and manufacture of RV's have horror stories. It is also the nature of the forums that you hear about the problems, not from people who are happy/satisfied with their RV.

In the end, it's not whether you have a problem with your RV but how the company responds to the issue that counts. In that regard, I'm not sure where Keystone stands in the pack.

Thanks Frank, Martha & Ryan......
I'm not new to RVing, having had three motor homes over the last 30 some years. However, a travel trailer is new to me, as is Keystone. I appreciate your imput & am looking forward to a good experience with my TT.

I can't answer for anyone but myself - and myself says "she loves her fifth wheel"
