Brake making clicking sound

I noticed a few times that when I stop on a trip the passenger rear tire brake is making a clicking sound. It is only one of the four tires. It is a constant consistent click and if I disconnect and reconnect the 12 volt power cord from the truck it will stop. It will not do it again the whole trip that I am aware of. It had done it two more times in the past and both times I cleared it by disconnecting and reconnecting power. I have Googled myself silly and cannot come up with an answer. Anyone have any experience with this?

Thanks Glenn

Sounds like a short to the magnet on that wheel, Check for bare wires going to it. Not sure when unplugging the trailer clears it.
