Shower wall plugs?

Replacing and moving the shower head bracket up higher because we're taller than 4' 8". Looking for plugs similar to the ones they put the shower surround in with. Would be really nice to find "parchment" or the tan color for this 2007 5th wheel but maybe that's asking too much.

I've looked at those auto plugs that hold panels together but not finding anything clear in color that I could use bath caulk to seal and plug the screw holes left after moving the bracket. Any ideas?

If the screws are still in the holes THESE may work. If you just have a hole where the screw was THIS should work with a small plastic molly. JM2¢, Hank

Thank you Hank! Either one of those look like EXACTLY want I need. I can dremel off a bit from the back if I need to.
