Keystone To The Rescue

Recently, I contacted Keystone about some brackets that hold my window curtins stationary at the bottom of the curtain. The unit is a plastic device and it seems that they break rather easily. I contacted them and within one day, they have agreed to ship me replacements. AT NO COST!!! I offered to pay for the parts, but they did not want any fees. Just a happy camper. When dealing with Keystone, I am very satisfied thus far and look forward to many more Keystone products in my lifetime.

Those brackets sure do break easily. I think all mine are broken but I just let 'em hang. Never thought much about replacing them. Glad Keystone stepped up for you though.

We had one curtain break about six months ago and we found brackets at a rv store and bought several, just in case. None have broken since. But our RV is 4 years old before the first one broke.

Jo

Glad you got good service!

Are these the plastic round ones holding the day/night shades?? If they are...just go to WalMart and but some metal sewing machine bobbins...they work just as well and will not break!

I lost a few of those silver spring clips that hold the screens in place on the windows and I called Keystone about it. In a few days I had a padded envelope with 5 of them enclosed.

Curtain brackets broken

I was very surprised to read these very positive comments regarding Keystone's replacement of the very easily broken lower curtain bracket in the bedroom of my Avalanche camper. I also wrote to Keystone RV Company regarding this problem and they wrote back saying they do not sell replacement parts and I should contact an authorized dealer for parts assistance. So I did not feel like Keystone provides very good customer service. And when I called one of the dealers they had identified in their letter, I was told I would have to come in and look through parts catalogs to identify the bracket I need to replace. Not a happy camper!

I got rid of the screws that hold them in place and went to velcro.
