Change out the dump handles?

I'm fairly new to this whole thing (2016 Bullet 243BHS), but I HATE the black and gray dump handles. Has anybody modified these? I haven't removed the underpinning to look at the mechanism, but a ball valve-type of handle or something similar would be so much better in my opinion. Any ideas?

I've seen electric valves advertised ... but no experience with them.

I got tired of the T handles some years ago and replaced them with electric ones. Within a year I went back to the T pulls. The electric ones gave me nothing but trouble. T pulls seem to last a lot longer.

I'd stick with what you have. I don't know of any alternatives other than electric.
