I's probably out of print, but might be available used. In the early 70's I had a book called "The Trucker's Manifold Cook Book".
Tons of recipe's from apple pie to pot-roast to zucchini. Suggested times and engine temps included. You just put the ingredients together... wrapped them in a double layer of Alcoa... and found a spot on the manifold where the package wouldn't interfere with the carburetor linkage (yea, we had carb's, before we ate our carbs, LOL) ... or fall off... and drove for the suggested time.
Then you rang the dinner bell!
