electric stabilizers

I have a springdale bunkhouse 2011, First one ever. How much pressure can I put on the electric stabilizers when I extend them. Do I stop just as soon as there is resistance?

Once on the ground, I hit the button for another second just to firm them to the ground. I always level the trailer before lowering the stabilizers so once they are set thats it. Hope that helps!

Every manufacturer warns of potential frame bending if you try to level using the stablizers.

I watch the stabilzers housing. Its like a c-channel in a c-channel where the threaded rod is. When i put them down I see a gap within the channels and once they touch thats it. You can see it from the side below the button. Hope this makes since.
