DF MD35131 furnance,

Have a 2019 Keystone Cougar 367FLS Fifth Wheel, first time on trip to San Antonio, Tx., the Dometic Furnance would not fire up. Took it back to Camping World in Robertdale, Al. to be checked and repaired, tech did not fix probem at all!!! Any how this furnance will try 3 times, blower runs, just doen"t fire up. thinking sail switch, replaced it, still same problem, tries to ignite 3 times with no success. Will be pulling it out to do a bench test. I went to RV Tech school in 2016, so it has been awhile. Anybody with same issue with their furnace will help. Thnakyou R. Arnold, Pensacola, Florida.

I had the same issue with mine (2018 367FLS). Finally replaced control board with one from Dinosaur. So far so good

Mine wasn't control board or sail switch, it was the burner which was completely rusted and holes were all clogged with rust. I won't be taking it back to Camping World no time soon or future nor will I purchase another one from them either! This was a 2019 Keystone Cougar too, so the burner should not have been in that shape nor sold!!!!

That makes me wonder. Check the S/N of the furnace against the build sheet.
