Keystone Retreat

Hi,
I have a 2017 Keystone Retreat 39dqts

I have searched high and low for a way to turn on the exterior soffit lights on the front of the trailer above the windows that shine down on the tongue/propane tanks...there's no switch inside on the control panel and none to be found outside.

Does anyone know how to turn these lights on?

Any help would be greatly appreciated
Thank you

I'm not familiar with your particular rig, but many units have the switch in an outside compartment. Are your LP bottles or battery in an exterior locker?

Good Luck,

Did your unit come with a remote? Our awning lights can be operated with our remote. Same remote operates the slides and leveling as well. Is there a switch on your control panel that doesn't seem to operate any lights? Or, possibly it's hidden in the front storage area. Let us know if you find the answer to your puzzle

My unit is not the same, but my front nose light switch is in the front pass through corner and not easily visible. Have to stick my head in it to see it.

I didn't recieve a remote when I bought the trailer(used) how would I find out if there is supposed to be one?

The propane tanks are mounted on the tongue under a plastic cover and the only external storage compartments access under the bed...no switches there.

All switches on the control panel are accounted for.

Thank you for the replies and help everyone

Some time ago I was having a problem with an operational question on our Cougar. I had met the Keystone sales manager and had his card so I asked him who I could contact for the straight scoop. Here are the customer service numbers he gave me. Might be worth a call.

The Keystone Customer Service numbers are as follows:
574-537-3900
866-425-4369
Feel free to give them a call to get status on your unit
