3 Month Snowbird in Fla. Questions..

My wife and I are entertaining living in a 55+ RV/Mobile home park in Ft. Myers
for three months during the winter (Jan., Feb., and March) and returning back to Pa. in spring. What advice do you have and what is customary for rent costs during the time we are there and the time we are in Pa. I have a 2018 Springdale that I could pull down there and set it on a site or sell the unit and buy a park or small mobile home unit already on a site. I'm open to any and all suggestions and have already been called everything under the sun, so you will not offend me with your honesty.
Thanks in advance,
Larry
